Fry 1 chopped onion and 2 crushed garlic cloves until soft.
Add ¼tsp cayenne pepper and fry for a couple more minutes.
Add 2 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes,
2tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce,
2tsp sugar or sweetener,
1tbsp red wine vinegar.
Cook on a low heat for about 30 minutes until thick. Cool completely.
