We also occasionally do dancing or aerobic type exercise, and we hope the Pavilion coffee bar will soon be available for brunch and chat after.

Our idea is to get moving and tone up.

Sorry to say we are still waiting for the Pavilion at BedZED to get its coffee bar.... but nevertheless we intend starting activities again soon, also accommodating those who need to do chair-based activities.

It won't always be yoga - so do look out those neglected audio tapes and CDs for us to sample! (I'm sure we all have stuff we can load onto an iPod..... )

21st July will be last Jelly Belly session until 8th September, when we will restart for our wonderful invigorating sessions 8.15-9.15am, followed by breakfast - as the Pavilion fully expect to have a coffee bar by then!

My thighs have now stopped reminding me they are there. You are right, would be good to have more people join the group. Although we are worked hard we do also have a laugh.  Anyone out there feeling shy, we don't bite and will make you very welcome.

If anyone ever says to you yoga is just lying down meditating, don't believe them!! Had such a great yogacise session on Saturday [2/6]. Felt energised, supple and relaxed afterwards.

It would be lovely to see some more people there, we are a very friendly group.

Hi Pauline, many thanks for your email. I had a great time, and hope to be there next week, but will probably rush off as it's my birthday the next day and I'm going out with my husband for lunch.

Wasn't sore or stiff, my quads felt worked out, but not painful.
