About me
In May 2011 I began working for environmental charity BioRegional as Community Education and Engagement Officer.
I am working on the 'One Planet Sutton: Community Visions' programme to help community and volunteer groups in Sutton set up their own sustainability projects.
My background includes running my own sustainable furniture design business, teaching ecodesign and project managing the Transition Town Brixton Reuse Centre project.

There's less than one week to go for the deadline for applications to the LBS Summer Festival programme.  Local people and organisations are being encouraged to apply for either a £50 shopping voucher to organise a local street party or up to £500 to organise an event with a theme around the Diamond Jubilee or the Olympics/Paralympics.
